The story behind the “B”?
Although the B. does represent my middle/last initials, what most people don’t know is that it comes from a prayer that I love, and that I used in 2015 to help me get through one of the toughest times of my life.
It was taught to me as a meditation, to be repeated and shortened each time it was said.
I realized the power of it on long walks, when my mind seemed to skip like a record until I’d remember these words, and that's when I'd hear the music again – the birds, my steps, and even the sound of my own breath – reminding me that life was good.
Be still and know that I am God.
Be still and know that I am.
Be still and know.
Be still.
Be.
The B. became the simplest form of this prayer and the foundation for the life and the business that I needed to rebuild.
Although I’d never wish my 2015 on anyone, I do wish what came from it on everyone.
And since then, it’s become a quiet revolution in the lives of women who were ready to realign with their truth.
This simple practice—this posture of being—has quietly empowered women to:
Take the stage with confidence
Leave jobs they’d outgrown
Say yes to love after heartbreak
Launch new businesses
Rebuild broken marriages
10x their client base
Nurture dreams—their own and their partner’s
Uplevel their brand and voice
Lead sold-out workshops
Write the stories they were born to tell
Walk down aisles they never thought they would again
All by coming back to this truth:
Be still, and know that I am God is more than a prayer, it’s a reset.
A return.
A power source.
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about remembering who you are—and being that again, and again, and again.
If you’re feeling the nudge to pause, realign, and reclaim who you were born to be—I’d love to talk.
I offer free Clarity Calls for women who are ready to stop striving and start aligning.
